
BRAD BOWEN
The Yale Hockey Academy is proud to have Brad Bowen on board with the program. Brad brings over 20 years of instructional experience with him. In addition, Brad is presently the regional scout for the New York Islanders (NHL). Brad has also scouted for the WHL's Medicine Hat Tigers. Brad graduated from TWU with a Bachelor's of Human Kinetics. In addition to running the Vancouver Selects Program, Brad has coached within the Abbotsford Minor Hockey Association for many years. Students are very fortunate to have Brad Bowen leading their program. ANDY NEILSEN
Andy Neilsen has been developing goaltenders in Western Canada for 17 years. He has an extensive background in Goaltending. His playing career includes Junior A, Major Junior and playing professionally. Through his company Next Level Goaltending Development Inc. he is responsible for the design and implementation of the Pacific Rim Hockey Academy's goaltending programs in Maple Ridge. Next Level Goaltending Development Inc. also consults for several minor hockey associations throughout the lower mainland. Andy is a CAHA certified coach and has coached for the Abbotsford Minor Hockey Association for the past 4 years. He is well known in the hockey circles throughout the lower mainland for helping develop elite athletes. Throughout his coaching career he has helped athletes reach their goals ranging from AAA minor hockey, Junior, NCAA College, and the professional ranks.
